- Documents uploaded by users for practice workflow and recordkeeping purposes.
- Usage, audit and security records that help operate, secure and improve the service.
- Payment and billing metadata, such as plan, subscription status and payment provider references.
How information is used
AdvisorOS uses information to create and manage accounts, support advisory practice workflows, organise records and documents, maintain audit trails, provide billing visibility, secure access and improve the reliability of the platform.
Security-oriented approach
AdvisorOS is being built with tenant isolation, authentication, audit logging, private document storage and field-level protection for sensitive advisor verification data. No online platform can promise absolute security, but security is a core design priority.
No sale of personal data
AdvisorOS does not sell personal data. Information is processed to provide, secure and support the AdvisorOS service and related operational workflows.
