AdvisorOS is a workflow and practice operating platform for advisory practices. These draft terms explain the basic service expectations for early website and business review.
Service positioning
AdvisorOS provides software tools for organising practice workflows, client records, document workflows, compliance evidence, team access and advisor-reviewed draft preparation. AdvisorOS does not provide financial advice and does not replace advisor judgement.
Advisor responsibility
- The advisor or practice remains responsible for advice, suitability, disclosures, recommendations and final outputs.
- Any AI-assisted or generated output must be reviewed and approved by the advisor before use.
- Users must only upload data and documents they are authorised to process.
- Users must not use AdvisorOS for unlawful, harmful, misleading or unauthorised activity.
Subscriptions and billing
Access to paid AdvisorOS features may be subject to plan terms, subscription status, usage limits and billing provider requirements. Final billing terms will be confirmed before production launch.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, upload information without authority, bypass security controls, or use AdvisorOS in a way that harms clients, practices, service providers or the platform.
Production legal review
